From Lynn T. (cont'd.)
Have
you ever "failed to plan" because you did not forsee something in your
future? I'm sure you did. We all do. As humans, we "fail
to plan" at a lot of things for the following reasons:
1.
We forget to consult God before we make decisions. We forget that God has
plans, too.
2.
God send us messengers to let us know what His plans are and we fail to listen.
3.
God gives us revelations in the spirit about what to do and what not do to; but
we think we have a better idea. We mess things up by going against His
plan and doing what we want to, anyway -- to our harm (Proverbs 14:12; Proverbs
16:25; Romans 6:21).
Mr.
Ellis, those people in the Gulf are still devastated by what happened to them.
Can you at least try and understand that? It's going to take some time for
them to get them finances, mental states (and some are physically injured), and
their emotional states in tact before tackling anything else. You said
yourself that everything there was destroyed (homes, businesses, etc.). Do
you expect them to get a job where there is none? Where they used to work
is now rubble. Do you expect them to go "home"? Their
homes are rubble. Do you expect them to move to another city/state?
With what money?
Since
you have so much on the ball, why don't you and your crew (I'll help, by the
way) go to Louisiana, build some franchises, factories, etc., and hire some of
those displaced people? As the saying goes, "If you can't be part of
the solution, don't be part of the problem". Those people need our
help, not our put downs.
Oh,
and before I forget, a disaster could hit your hometown, too. You could
find yourself in the same predicament these people are in. The last thing
you would want to hear from someone is that you're a loser because your home was
destroyed and you and your family have nowhere to go. You wouldn't want to
hear someone tell you that you need to go to work when where you used to work is
rubble, and everywhere else in your vicinity where your skills are needed is
rubble as well.
THINK,
MR. ELLIS. PLEEEEASE, THINK! And if it's not asking too much, FEEL!
