What They Are Thinking...

As I sit on the proverbial "runway", waiting on my opportunity to get back on the radio live, I must ponder the question:

What are they thinking?

I guess I have to identify who THEY are. Let's first figure out what black-talk station "decision makers" are thinking:

When they are introduced to a conservative, or an even quasi-conservative hosted program, they are scared to seriously consider adding it to their program lineup because it threatens their "keepin' it real" status in "the community". They actually believe that the key to GROWTH and INCREASED ratings is to continue with "more of the same" civil-rights nonsense, irrelevant topic discussion, and total STUPIDITY.  However, the TRUTH clearly indicates that this method of piss-poor programming does NOT work.  How do they stay in business? Get a "sister" station that plays hip-hop music to fund this ridiculous venture.  Then they don't have to address the programming shortcomings with any sense of urgency on their talk station, since operating cash is "leaked" to them by the sister station.

What is the solution?  Since they should easily realize that the OUTDATED civil-rights garbage does NOT work, then they need to CHANGE the program content.  If the hosts are incapable of discussing current events without using the Democratic plantation talking points manual, then they need to be REPLACED immediately.  If they are not bringing anything to the table, then they MUST go.  A "breath of fresh air" is sorely needed on this type of station.  Not only would it bring potential SUCCESSFUL black listeners to the station, it would bring white listeners to the station as well, resulting in listener GROWTH, which translates to an increase in advertising revenue.

Now, what white-operated radio station "decision makers" are thinking is totally different because of what was previously described about black talk stations.  From what is displayed to them by listening to black "leaders", and black-talk stations, they wouldn't dare consider adding the black-hosted talk show to their program lineup.  Furthermore, they also believe that the only thing the black host could talk about is civil rights garbage, hip-hop nonsense, and TOTAL STUPIDITY.  Unfortunately, they don't even take the time to review the material from a black candidate, because they have already PRE-judged the applicant as being NO different than what they are exposed to when it comes to "black" talk-radio programming.

This is why I am so hard on the losers of our society.  They make it so hard for those of us who don't want to be a part of their culture.  We can move to the suburbs.  We can put our children in the most prestigious private schools.  We can attend, and graduate from the most prestigious universities.  We can join the best social clubs money can buy.  However, our race will remain black, and in "their" eyes, we are NO different than the same loser blacks we are trying to get away from in the first place.  So now I must ask one more question:

Should we blame them?

I sure don't, because their assessments of black Americans are based on the negative stereotypes of urban black culture, coupled with our chosen response to these behaviors.  The constant defenses, refusal to tackle problems in the black community head on, downright worshiping and obsessing over loser behavior, and the continued placing of blame on "the man", "slavery", or anything ELSE for the black "struggles", are what leads white Americans to their assessment.  So as long as we continue to be hibernated in our own suburban homes, with our mouths permanently shut for fear of being chastised for "judging" someone, THEY will continue to believe that WE are the same as THEY (the black trash/losers of our society) are.  What do you think about this?
